Ben has had a lifetime’s passion for fitness and sport, and has played Rugby Union for 10 years in the highly competitive London leagues. His own great physical condition embodies the Revolution ethos of ‘walking the walk’.
Ben has great attention to detail when it comes to planning training sessions for his clients, and this means that Ben is adept at training people with a wide variety of goals. He’s had exceptional results with clients returning to training after injury, as well as with some of our more senior clients, including people in their 70’s. His knowledge and ability to connect with such a diverse client base means that he is a trainer in high demand.
