I am a 36 year old rugby player who had spent 8 years away from the game, and sought sport conditioning as well as weight gain. I have achieved fascinating results in both areas thanks to Rob Grim. Together we managed to increase my weight by 10 kilograms in under 6 months!

Rob helped me to adjust my nutritional intake and to set up a balanced training programme. Once I had reached my peak weight I was able to maintain it as well as work on my cardiovascular fitness for matches. We isolated many disciplines specific to rugby, such as power training, plyametrics and full contact sessions involving tackling and boxing. Friday evening sessions also involved mental preparation for contact the following day.

I have trained for the last 2 years with Rob and have improved in many other areas of performance as well as in rugby. I would especially recommend his style of personal training if you are looking to increase muscle mass, condition yourself for sport or return from injury.

If you want results, Giuseppe is the personal trainer for you! He's pushed me harder than I thought I was capable, but at the same time it's been fun. He also designed an individual programme for when I'm not training with him.

My goal was to drop a dress size for my wedding this summer, in a ten week time frame, and together we agreed how this could be achieved. It takes commitment on both sides; your personal trainer designs a programme that suits both you and your lifestyle - and provides motivation for free when you hit a low point! But, you have to do the training. A combination of personal training sessions combined with an individual programme meant I achieved my goal - and people have noticed!

I have been training with Giuseppe for 5 months now, and I am more impressed with his abilities as every session passes.

We quickly agreed personal goals and he outlined exactly how he wanted me to achieve them. He ascertained my fitness level and subsequently built a suitable programme, taking me through various phases in cardiovascular and anaerobic training. He has taught me the correct techniques for exercising which has meant I have maximised productivity from my time spent training, and have hence seen a greater return on my effort over the 5 months.
