We want to say a big thank you and well done to all those who took part in our June 30 day weight loss challenge.

We had over 20 of you join in and the results have been fantastic.

Here are our winners who each get 2 PT sessions each.

Jane had another successful 30 day weight loss challenge losing over half a stone working with Claire in June.

Well done, Jane!

Gemma managed to lose 3.9kg and over 6cm on her waist and hips training with Matt.

Great work, Gemma!

Absolutely amazing results from Tom who has been dropping body fat and increasing muscle mass over the last year working with Neil.

Tom managed to drop 4kg and made it to 9% body fat over the June challenge.

Impressive work, Tom.

Big well done to everyone who took part.
