Alex’s speciality in HIIT training & functional fitness is sure to get you the results you came for.
Alex’s sporting highlight came when he was selected for the England Karate squad at just 15 years old.
His passion for teaching began around the same age as he became a head coach at local karate and cricket clubs.
Alex decided to develop his passion for coaching by entering the fitness industry at Active 4 Less gym in Hove. He quickly became club manager and head trainer of Tribe fitness classes.
Now director & senior trainer at Revolution Brighton, Alex’s speciality in HIIT training & functional fitness is sure to get you the results you came for, while enjoying every minute.
5 years ago, Ebony's passion for being active led to a love of the gym and fitness industry.
Health and fitness has always been a large part of Ebony’s life. At just 3 years old she took up ballet, moving on to 12 years of modern dance and then learning the art of fire twirling. 5 years ago, this passion for being active led to a love of the gym and fitness industry! Despite her real devotion being to weight lifting, in 2016 Ebony stepped out of her comfort zone to compete her first half marathon. After years of training herself, Ebony became a qualified Personal Trainer and has now joined the Revolution team.
Grace MullingsPersonal Trainer
Graces training style is unique, blending functional techniques with body building principles.
Grace’s passion for fitness started over a decade ago. Once a size 16 and unhappy with her body she joined a gym, lost over 3 stone and dropped 4 dress sizes. It’s safe to say Grace never looked back. Since this time shes has gone on to have two children and is now a competitive body fitness model and athlete.
Her training style is unique, blending functional techniques with body building principles to help her clients produce truly great, sustainable results. Grace’s keen ability to learn and her dedication will help you to achieve the results you have always wanted.

Jack trains to get the maximum effect from your workout and works around barriers anyone may have.
Jack has always had a passion for sports and fitness, starting with Rugby in his school years to playing American Football for teams Sussex Thunder and Farnham Knights.
After leaving the army due to a back injury, Jack has developed a creative training style to get the maximum effect from your workout, whilst working around barriers anyone may have.
After both managing a gym and being a PT within one, Jack realised there was a better way. “Over my time within the fitness industry, I’ve seen the benefits of one to one training in a private studio compared to a gym environment. The higher level of care and training we can provide in Revolution only leads to better results for our clients!”
Adrien decided to adopt the martial way as a lifestyle: “Physical training also trains your mind and spirit.”
Adrien comes from a family where fitness runs deep and has practiced a vast array of disciplines from athletics to rock climbling. It was only after discovering karate that he decided to adopt the martial way as a lifestyle. “Physical training also trains your mind and spirit”
Even during his years travelling the world, regular training/fitness was the foundation of his confidence and helped him facing the challenges of globe trotting.
Now settled in Brighton he dedicated himself to Personal Training in order to share the positives & benefits of fitness.
Lucy enjoys finding new ways to push her herself and her clients towards fitness their goals.
Fitness has always been a part of Lucy’s life having taken ballet and competed in athletics through her younger years.
It wasn’t until University that her passion for fitness grew into more disciplines. From trail running to weight training. High intensity workouts to spinning.

Experienced in getting great results quickly, Rikkos is looking forward to helping you towards your goals.
Rikkos entered the world of fitness at just 5 years old when he began training in artistic gymnastics and went on to become champion of Cyprus and Greece at just 15 years old.
After a 2 year stint in the Cyprus national military service, Rikkos worked in a personal training and sports clinic and honed his skills as a trainer.
Since finishing his English language and linguistics degree, Rikkos has turned his attention back to his passion for personal training. Experienced in getting great results quickly, Rikkos is looking forward to helping you towards your goals.
Harry InnisPersonal Trainer
If you want a trainer that’s knowledgable, personable and adaptable - Harry’s the one for you.
Harry has been a professional athlete since 2014. His portfolio includes being picked for the National Football League (NFL) International Pathway Programme in 2016, where he trialed for the New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Falcons. His achievements also include playing American Football semi-professionally for several teams in Germany, Finland, United States and for local team London Warriors.
Harry has also played semi-professional rugby in France, as well as playing Championship Rugby for Richmond. He now currently plays for Brighton Rugby Team in his spare time.
Harry’s qualifications and history have helped him develop a strong knowledge of strength and conditioning, which he also specialises in and coaches at Cardinal Newman Rugby Club.
All of this combined, his understanding and love of sports can help you achieve a passion, drive and understanding of training you’d never thought you’d achieve.

George GrahamePersonal Trainer
George's mission is to help as many people as possible change their lives for the better.
George developed a passion for health and fitness at the age of 17 where he drastically transformed his own life and body. He went from an underweight 45kg bodyweight to a healthy and happy 75 kg.
‘My mission is to help as many people as possible change their lives for the better, whether that’s building muscle, dropping body fat or even just improving general health and fitness.
I know through my own experience how great it feels to get the results you want. I hope to give others the same amazing feeling’
Lloyd DawesPersonal Trainer
Lloyd loves helping people reach their fitness goals, but also getting them to enjoying training.
Lloyd’s passion for fitness began as a 16 year old. Starting out by learning the basics, he quickly adopted a training style blending traditional weights work & HIIT training to get a top workout.
Lloyds sporting passion has always been football. A high level player, he is currently starting striker for semi-professional football club Eastbourne Borough.
“I love helping people reach their fitness goals, but also get them enjoying training. Getting the results you want is great, but if we can have a laugh along the way, it’s even better!”
