4 Reasons Why I LOVE Online Personal Training

We have had some great feedback from our clients around remote personal training so we decided to ask Allie (one of our clients who has newly transitioned to online personal training) why staying active online was working for her. Here’s what she had to say…

 

4 reasons why Revolution online personal training works for me :

  • Motivation

I’ve never been great at motivating myself which is why I chose pt sessions in the first place 

 

  • I’m Accountable

When you commit to a Pt session and cancel you don’t just let yourself down you let your trainer down so it makes me commit to my two 30 minute sessions every week. I also have full say over when I schedule my training.

 

  • It’s PERSONAL

After chatting with my trainer Dom, he already understands my limitations and knows me. He understands that body posture is so important to me and we have our personal training sessions one to one via Zoom. This way Dom is able to see my position and form and is able to effectively correct me which helps prevent injury.

 

  • Human Connection

Lastly, it’s nice to have another adult to chat with (despite the bad jokes) as I’m in lockdown with two teenagers! It’s nice to escape & to close the door on my working from home & family commitments & spend that time on me.
