Max is continually researching fun and effective ways to help clients achieve their goals.
Max has a background in national level sport, competing in XC mountain biking from a young age. After winning numerous local races, including becoming three time Sussex Cyclocross champion, he went on to get his best result of 5th place in the national championships and gain trials for the Olympic development programme.
Max’s passion for fitness means he is continually researching for fun and effective ways to train clients and achieve their goals.
Alex’s speciality in HIIT training & functional fitness is sure to get you the results you came for.
Alex’s sporting highlight came when he was selected for the England Karate squad at just 15 years old.
His passion for teaching began around the same age as he became a head coach at local karate and cricket clubs.
Alex decided to develop his passion for coaching by entering the fitness industry at Active 4 Less gym in Hove. He quickly became club manager and head trainer of Tribe fitness classes.
Now director & senior trainer at Revolution Brighton, Alex’s speciality in HIIT training & functional fitness is sure to get you the results you came for, while enjoying every minute.
Lois has completed a Tough Mudder race, two Warrior Runs and even a Spartan race in Australia.
Lois started ballet at just three years old, and continued dancing throughout her childhood. She also performed in tap, modern and street dance.
However, once she joined a gym she fell in love with weight training and the fitness industry, so this became her passion.
Lois enjoys a challenge and stepping outside of her comfort zone. She’s completed a Tough Mudder race, two Warrior Runs and even a Spartan race whilst travelling in Australia.
After returning from her travels in 2017, Lois decided to turn her passion into a career, focusing on motivating people to achieve their goals and be the best version of themselves.
Tyler is committed to helping every individual client achieve their goals in the most effective way possible.
Tyler has been an active sportsman ever since he could walk. Playing football at county level and rugby. He fell in love with personal fitness and training at 13 where he began to research workouts and train at his local gym. Tyler is truly committed to personal training and helping clients achieve their goals.
Tyler’s passion for fitness means he is researching continuously to help every individual client achieve their goals in the most effective way possible.
Lucas has boundless energy, is a key member of the team, and helps clients achieve their goals.
Fitness has always been part of Lucas’ life, having played football since he was just 2 years of age. He currently plays semi-professional football and is a qualified FA Level 2 football coach at an academy in Sussex, and Lucas has coached football to people of all ages and abilities.
Coaching made him realise how much he enjoyed helping others to achieve their goals and be the best they can be, so he decided to develop this passion further by pursuing a career as a personal trainer.
Lucas has boundless energy and is a key member of the Revolution team, using everything he has learnt so far to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.
Viktoria has a clear understanding of how to develop strength, flexibility and conditioning.
Sport has always been a part of Viktoria’s life, having competed in gymnastics since she was 8 years old. Her passion for gymnastics, as well as swimming and running, is what led Viktoria to begin weight training herself and then decide to begin her career as a personal trainer.
Viktoria’s clear understanding of how to develop strength, flexibility and conditioning ensures that all her clients establish the discipline and right mental attitude to achieve their individual goals.
