“My overwhelming feeling when I look back over this journey is just how much fun it was! I was expecting it to be a bit horrid, but I can honestly say that at no point did I feel like I wasn’t eating enough or that the gym work was too hard.” Said Andrew, surprised by how quickly his 12 weeks seemed to pass.
“12 weeks ago I walked into Revolution Personal Training Studios weighing in at 85.5kg. On my final weigh-in I was 71kg! In week 1 my body fat percentage was 26.5%, it’s now 13.8%. My waist was 38.5 inches, it’s now 32.8. Crazy.” Andrew’s amazing weight loss equates to 3 stone in 12 weeks!
