Since New York went on lockdown, we have worked hard to find new ways to keep our team connected.

A weekly fitness class with Revolution Online Personal Training has become a highlight of the week for the team. The workout is built specifically for us and is super interactive.

Even though we don’t get to see each other in person at the moment this creates a really fun atmosphere and helps the team stay socially connected. It also keeps us super fit!

Who are Revolution Personal Training Studios?

Revolution Personal Training Studios was established in 2005. We are a team of personal trainers and nutritionists who are there to guide you along your fitness journey. We will provide you with tailored nutritional guidance, meal planning and 24-hour support via Whatsapp with our “PT in your pocket” service and our online Personal training sessions are goal orientated. So whether you wish to lose weight, tone up, or gain muscle, each session is customised for you. 

How does online personal training work?

You can connect with us for your remote personal training sessions via Zoom, FaceTime or any other platform that works for you. The important thing is to keep you active and working towards your fitness goals during a time where motivating yourself can be difficult.
