Revolution has been an absolute game changer for me over the last 3 months. I met Will down there after some really heavy back surgery. I slipped a disk in my back a couple of years ago.

I used to be very active, I did a lot of swimming, I did a lot of squash but the operation knocked me out and I couldn’t do anything for a couple of years.

I want to thank Revolution, you got me working again, got me standing properly and got my posture straight. I later added in some pilates and upped my training to 3 or 4 times per week. Bit by bit I’ve got my strength back and have got a lot of confidence back in my body. I can play with my 2 year old kid again so, Revolution gym has been an absolute game changer.
