12 Week Transformations
In May 2008, at the age of 44, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and had a radical prostatectomy. The following October I needed radiotherapy and six months of hormone treatment.
I was feeling mildly depressed from the hormone therapy and my weight had ballooned to in excess of 95kg.
In May of that year I found Revolution Gym – entered a door to a gym for the first time in my life and found I was warmly welcomed. By Christmas I was I was approx. 78kg and never felt better.” Said Andrew who has since made exercise part of his new active life style and has gone on to achieve far more than just weight loss.
