12 Week Transformations
Looking back, I can’t imagine getting wedding ready without the support of Revolution. We made a 6 month plan prior to my wedding, where we set goals and targets to achieve at a good pace.
My aim was to get fit and healthy, drop 7 pounds and focus on toning up my back and my arms for my wedding dress.
Not only was I really happy with the structured approach of setting goals and seeing results in my body – but leading up to my wedding I found the work-outs really therapeutic and a great release when wedding admin was getting too much!
There is a great buzz in the Revolution studio and the trainers have great energy and enthusiasm. They really care about their clients’ happiness. It is really like a big family.
