I’ve been a CEO of a large company for nearly twenty years and a few years ago, I realised that I needed to improve my health and fitness as well as my general wellbeing.
I’ve trained at Revolution for nine years now and it’s become a very important part of my life. Not only has it helped my fitness and strength but it gives me a discipline that I stick by. I train between two and three times a week and I’ve hardly missed a session in that time.
Like most people, there are times when if the choice were up to me, I’d probably skip a session or two but because I feel a certain amount of accountability to my trainer and myself, I complete the session I always feel better, both physically and mentally, afterwards.
It’s very much part of my life now and I can’t see myself ever stopping training. I’ve tried to adopt a “train for life” mentality rather than a quick transformation and it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done.
