Walking through the doors of a studio I was feeling a bit freaked out to say the least but was put at ease within moments of meeting my personal trainer.

I think he realised how I must have been feeling and was upbeat and super supportive from the start.

I have been coached to make manageable, sustainable, small changes that made me feel so proud of myself. Over the 12 weeks of personal training these small changes became big changes to my life style which has been one of the keys to my results!

Aside from the serious and motivational aspects of the training we have lots of fun. 12 weeks on and I’ve lost 4 dress sizes, 10 inches off of both my waist and hips and gained a new lease of life at 43!

I always look forward to getting to the gym now and each personal training session is the real highlight of my week which is a feeling which I never thought I’d feel!
