Ele has achieved an understanding of combining health and fitness to achieve a sense of wellness.

Ele comes from a varied fitness background – from competing at County level showjumping and netball as a teenager, to studying yoga while living in Australia, marathon running in 2016 and now focusing on physique competitions and fitness modelling.

Ele has supplemented these practical experiences by doing further qualifications in pre and post-natal training, boxing coaching, Level 4 Referral for Special Populations (obese and diabetic clients), and most recently Coaching and Nutrition for Physique Athletes.

This further study of nutrition, combined with previous experience working as a massage therapist, helps Ele achieve an understanding of how to combine health and fitness to achieve a sense of wellness – to help encourage healthy, long-term lifestyle changes to ensure continuing progress for her clients.

Aaron has a background in international level sport, representing both England and Scotland.

Aaron has a background in international level sport, representing both England and Scotland in Rugby Union, and competing in the Under 19’s Rugby World Cup. He has an interest in various sports, and since becoming a seniorpersonal trainer at Revolution, he has participated in a range ofcompetitive sports, from white collar boxing to running a marathon (which he completed in an impressive 3 hours and 21 minutes) and the ‘Tough Guy’ event. A sport and exercise science degree graduate, Aaron has been part of the Revolution team since 2007 and he loves the challenge that comes from working with our varied client base.

Timmo’s interest in health and fitness started back at school, playing mainly rugby and cricket. Rugby training was where Timmo was introduced to the gym back in 2007, and over the years he became more and more at home in the gym instead of on the field.

Timmo has been running private personal training studios since 2017, after having started as a freelance personal trainer in 2013. His main areas of expertise are lean muscle building and deeply understanding and connecting with clients’ needs and goals, as well as a keen interest in biomechanics and anatomy. He loves to see his clients making progress, and to see the change in mindset which happens throughout the whole process!

Luke’s passion for fitness started at the age of 11, when he began playing inline hockey. He played at a high level and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to travel the world whilst playing a game he was passionate about. During his inline hockey career, he began learning a lot about health and fitness to allow him to keep at the top of his game.

Outside of the gym, Luke enjoys the outdoors and being adventurous, pushing himself to the limits with rock climbing, snow and water sports.

Luke thrives on helping others achieve their goals, and specialises in weight loss, functional movement, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and high intensity training. He is also passionate about improving his clients’ wellbeing and mental health through exercise, enabling them to be the best version of themselves that they can be!

He will be totally honest with you, keeping it simple and coaching you to understand what really matters when working towards your fitness goals. Forming an understanding of crucial principles will allow you to make decisions for yourself, and remove dependency on fitness fads.

Having represented Brighton in County level swimming throughout her teenage years, Hanna was later awarded a funded place to train at the London Studio Centre, one of London’s most prestigious dance schools. She graduated with a BA Honours in dance performance. Amongst her dance credits, Hanna was a proud cast member of the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony.

Throughout her dance career, Hanna understood the importance of strength and conditioning training within a gym environment to enhance your lifestyle, no matter what your background. It was during this time that her passion for health and fitness grew.

After training to become an instructor at Les Mills New Zealand, Will moved back to the UK in 2009, and joined the Revolution studio in Angel. He soon established himself as one of the top 12 week transformation specialists in London through achieving life-changing results with dozens of clients.

After 7 years of hard work and friendship, Will was offered the opportunity to become Director and Co-owner of Revolution City, a challenge he jumped at. His natural charm and people skills have made him popular with both colleagues and clients alike. These skills have brought him to current day where he still loves the challenge of transforming people’s lives alongside managing an amazing team in a state-of-the-art PT studio.

Dom (aka the Silver Fox) has been a personal trainer since 1996 and is one of the Directors of Revolution Withdean.

Dom first started training in a gym when he was 18, and when he realised what confidence it gave him mentally and physically, he decided that he wanted others to feel the same way. The first type of training Dom did was in Olympic lifting, and over the years he has seen different training methodologies come, go and come back again.

Dom has a no-nonsense approach in helping clients to reach their goals, but can also show empathy when needed. Although Dom has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years, he is always updating his knowledge and education.

Sports wise, Dom has done a lot over the years – three marathons and a triathlon – but now his passion is surfing, and occasionally he likes to roll back the years at a skate park. His party trick is being able to do the human flag

After having extensive surgery on both legs following an injury, Max used exercise and training in the gym to aid his recovery and get back into shape. This developed into a real passion for training and a desire to help others to improve their health and fitness, which led Max to decide to become a personal trainer.

Danny found his true passion for health and fitness after taking the bold step to move to New Zealand in 2011. Soon after relocating, Danny started to train with weights and this – combined with his previous study in nutrition – led to him seeing amazingly positive effects on both his physique and his mindset. This inspired Danny to pursue a career within the fitness industry, to help and inspire others to change their own bodies.

After returning from overseas, Danny has been personal training in London since 2013.

Whilst studying at college, Ross discovered a passion for weight training and achieved amazing results from training in a gym, which then developed into a passion for helping others achieve the same. This was further cemented during his time at Oxford Brookes University, where his knowledge of training broadened alongside his studying of real estate.

From experience working in the surveying industry, Ross developed meticulous planning skills which now ensure he has a high level of attention to detail in his sessions. Combining this with a friendly and engaging manner, he is able to ensure his clients work hard, train smart and have fun.

Ross’ strengths as a trainer focus on weight loss and muscle gain, and a nutrition qualification he completed to advise clients on healthy eating further compliments these strengths.

Ross’ enthusiasm for sport and his wide range of experience in the fitness industry means that he is now a personal trainer who is in high demand.

Loukas's specialty in HIIT training and functional fitness will ensure you achieve the results you want.

Loukas has always had a huge passion for sports and coaching, so after leaving school he qualified as a BASI Level 2 snowboard instructor. He lived and worked in Switzerland for four years, and during this time he earned further coaching qualifications as a BSA Level 1 surf coach and LTA Level 2 tennis coach. 

After returning from Switzerland in 2015, Loukas decided to become a personal trainer and with his previous experience in coaching he quickly excelled. Loukas’s specialty in HIIT training and functional fitness will ensure you achieve the results you came for, while enjoying every minute of your training.

Seira went on to earn scholarships and train at some of the world's most prestigious ballet schools

Born in Osaka, Japan, Seira starting training in dance from the age of three at the Yukiko Takada ballet school. Later, Seira went on to earn scholarships and train at some of the world’s most prestigious ballet schools. These early experiences laid the foundation for Seira to achieve great success and perform at the Royal Opera House, Sadlers Wells and Semperoper Dresden. 
 
As a personal trainer, Seira has a real expertise and understanding on how to develop her clients’ strength and flexibility. Combined with her genuine desire to help people reach their potential, Seira is a personal trainer in high demand.

Jordan started working in the fitness industry in 2011 after many years of competing in a variety of sports including rugby and football, as well as several fitness modelling competitions including Pure Elite and Miami Pro. The intense fitness training that Jordan has experienced in order to achieve these results has given him a unique opportunity to know how to clients achieve their desired physical transformations and to grow in confidence.

Jordan works with clients ranging from first-time gym goers to active sportsmen and women, and is constantly striving to develop his skills and experience. He is currently studying Precision Nutrition in order to become a qualified nutritionist.

Steve’s passion for fitness began as an overweight teenager, when he played football and started boxing training. He now enjoys taking part in events such as Tough Mudder and half marathons, as well as a variety of sports.

Since qualifying as a personal trainer, Steve has continued to learn and develop his knowledge of training, fitness and nutrition. Steve’s friendly and welcoming nature puts his clients immediately at ease. He really cares about all of his clients, working hard to help them achieve all of their health and fitness goals.

Jake’s early sporting endeavours led him to the world of athletics, where he quickly excelled at sprinting. He represented Kent and ran a personal best time of just over 11 seconds in the 100m. Whilst training as a sprinter, Jake started lifting weights and fell in love with the discipline immediately. This inspired him to see how far he could push his body, and has ultimately led him to compete in multiple bodybuilding competitions. 
This practical experience is complemented by Jake’s degree in biology, with an emphasis on the metabolic and endocrine systems. Jake is meticulous with all his clients’ training and nutritional plans, and this approach ensures his clients consistently achieve outstanding results.

Having been a keen fitness enthusiast for over 10 years and “practicing what he preaches” on a daily basis, Jezza not only leads by example but with past experience in the corporate world as well, is able to relate to the daily challenges facing many clients and help overcome them. With sporting experience in white-collar boxing, rowing, and cross country as well as continuous research and varied workout routines, his training is always challenging and hopefully fun!

He won 8 caps and at one point held the Junior Irish record with a jump of 2 metres and 10 cm. Whilst studying at university, Neil discovered a passion for weight training and quickly achieved success – he finished in the top 10 of the Men’s Health cover model competition, beating thousands of competitors. This inspired Neil to become a personal trainer and help others achieve their goals. Neil’s strengths as a trainer include weight loss and muscle gain, which is complemented by his extensive nutritional knowledge. Neil’s planning of his personal training sessions is meticulous, and hiscontinuous research and use of a wide variety of exercises keeps training sessions interesting and challenging for his clients.

He also has experience with NLP and life coaching procedures, giving him an array of skills to help his clients to pursue their goals. Duncan has completed four marathons and numerous half marathons over the years. An avid football man, Duncan has coached for 8 years and to date has 9 of his former players in top level academy systems.

As his experience would suggest, Duncan is probably the most well-rounded trainer here at Revolution, and training with him would particularly suit someone looking for a truly holistic approach to their own health and well-being.

As a personal trainer, Matt brings several years of experience in sports and fitness from Australia.

Matt has been a great addition to the Revolution team, and brings with him several years of experience in the sports and fitness industry in Australia. Before becoming a personal trainer, Matt was involved in coaching children in football, basketball and rugby union.

As a personal trainer, Matt has combined all his years of coaching with his ability to be incredibly well organised. This means his clients can rely on him to not only deliver great personal training sessions, but also to provide them with food plans, home workouts and everything else they need to achieve their goal.

Matt is inspiring to his clients within his own physical endeavours, and has played competitively in cricket, basketball and Australian rules football, as well as running in several events including half marathons and marathons. Matt is also a lot of fun to train with, and can be relied upon to deliver that famous Aussie banter.

After more than 10 years’ experience, Rob is one of the leading experts in the fitness industry.

After more than 10 years’ experience as a personal trainer, Rob has now become one of the leading experts in the fitness industry and regularly writes for top publications such as Men’s Fitness magazine. Shortly after leaving school, Rob had a three year professional football contract with Nottingham Forest FC. He then spent a few years in Australia where he qualified as personal trainer and was mentored by one of the world’s leading health and fitness lecturers, Gavin Aquilina.

Along with his brother John and friend Giuseppe, Rob set up Revolution back in 2005. Since Revolution’s inception, Rob has always led by example and has fought in two white collar boxing bouts, ran the London Marathon, ran two Brighton halfmarathons and most recently lived our brand by appearing on the Revolution billboard poster with his own 12 week transformation. Rob continues to push the company forward with his stated aim to make Revolution the best 12 week transformation specialists in London.

One of the three Revolution directors, John brings an inspiring energy and passion to personal training.

As one of the three Revolution directors who set up the business in 2005, John has brought an energy and passion to personal training which is truly inspiring. As a school boy, John was a talented footballer and represented both Sussex and Nottingham Forest FC. After leaving school, he found himself drawn to the world of body building and became fascinated at how dramatic changes to the body could be achieved through hard work and dedication. Inspired by learning about training and nutrition through body building, John decided to become a trainer himself and pass on his knowledge to other people.

Shortly after Revolution was established, John discovered a passion for boxing and he soon found it was something at which he excelled. In his very first bout for Hove ABC, John won with a knockout and was also awarded ‘best boxer of the night’ and ‘bout of the night’ by former world champion Alan Minter. By drawing on these past achievements as a footballer, body builder and boxer, John has become one of the best 12 week transformation specialists in London. John is a larger than life character who always has a smile on his face, and the results he has achieved with clients in his 10 years as a personal trainer truly speak for themselves.

As a director of Revolution Personal Training Studios and with over a decade of personal training experience, Giuseppe has become an expert in driving clients to achieve results, as well becoming a mentor to other personal trainers. Always ready to push himself, his background in sport started with martial arts which transpires itself in his client coaching due to his continued search for excellence and perfection.

As one of Revolution’s 12-week transformation specialists, Giuseppe has helped hundreds of clients transform their bodies. Not only has he achieved outstanding results with his clients, but he has also led by example with his own 12 week before and after transformation as well as his personal sporting endeavours, most notably when competing in triathlon events. Giuseppe showed his strength of character by booking his first triathlon event before he had even learnt to swim. He has subsequently gone on to compete in various distance events including the gruelling Bastion Ironman which has been dubbed “the hardest iron distance event in the UK and one for the toughest in Europe”.
