Join our November weight loss challenge

We are delighted to be running our FREE 30 day weight loss challenge this November and you can join in too.

The best part? We reward you for your hard work by giving you a free PT session! If you lose half a stone or more (3kg+) over the 30 days then we will give a free PT session.

It’s like Christmas has come early!

If you want a final push before the silly season and would like to feel a little fitter and healthier before the December antics are under way then our November challenge is perfect for you.

If you feel like you have a few lbs you would like to shift before the Christmas excesses then join us.

If you want to finish the year on a high hitting your weight loss goals then join us next Wednesday 01 November when our challenge starts.

What you need to know

The challenge runs for 30 days for the whole month of November.

It’s a free challenge and all you have to do is let your trainer know that you want to take part.
They will then take your photo, weight and measurements so they can track your progress over the 30 days and encourage and advise where possible.

At the end of the 30 days, they will measure your progress and those who lose 3kg or more will win a free PT session.
