Following on from our last post, I thought it would be interesting to look at another client, 12 weeks after achieving their original 12 week goal.
Take a look at these incredible before and after images from Revolution poster boy Phil.
The first 2 pictures (above left) show Phil’s initial 12 week transformation. By following the Revolution nutritional guidelines and by visiting us 2-3 times per week for his personal training, his initial 12 week body transformation was quite remarkable.
The third picture (above right) shows him 12 weeks after completing his initial goal. I find it quite inspirational how regular people who aren’t necessarily from a fitness or sporting background come to us and achieve such incredible results through following a few simple steps:
- Plan your meals and eat well 6 days per week
- Follow a training plan that suits your goals
- Have lots of fun!
